To see the realization of a peaceful and developed Afghanistan where: everyone has access to the basic health amenities and free from HIV AIDS and other similar hazardous and contingent diseases and where the civilians have access to their basic human , constitutional and legal rights and where the afghans specially women are economically empower and self reliant.
